Welcome to the uprising
Warhammer 40k is one of those things I stumbled into as a kid, and have stuck with ever since - all the way from Rogue Trader and the RTB01 marines to the present. Along the way, I've dabbled in almost everything else - Space Hulk, BloodBowl, WHFB, HeroQuest, Space Crusade, KillTeam - but 40k has always been the touchstone.

For most of that time, I've been a Marine player. But with the release of 8th, KillTeam and Primaris marines, I've taken up the new mantle of Cult Magus, and have been building up the Red Brotherhood to overthrow the Imperial oppressors (and anyone else who gets in the way, Imperial or not).

I make no claims to be a skilled player, but I do enjoy messing around with numbers and probability, and like using that to inform my on-table decisions. It doesn't always work out, but I find the process interesting. And if it helps anyone else to play the Cult better, then great.
